鬼子的飞机炸死了去镇上卖鱼的爹妈。那年，姐姐大荷花十四岁，弟弟小荷花十一岁。爹妈死后，大荷花担负起照顾弟弟。弟弟逢人就问：“鬼子为啥炸死我爹妈”，没有人能回答他。姐弟俩开始以自己的方式复仇。
