“扶老”篇章——《幸福的公式》讲述福彩公益帮助留守老人跟上时代脚步，找到自己的“幸福密码”的故事；“助残”篇章——《中奖》讲述福彩帮助一名小儿麻痹症患者克服种种困难最终成为自食其力的福彩销售站店主后，他又将这种爱心进行传递、帮助创业失败的年轻人重整旗鼓的故事；“救孤”篇章——《安心》讲述在福利院工作人员和同学的帮助下，一个失去家人的小男孩走出阴霾，收获“另一个家”的故事；“济困”篇章——《阳光背后》讲述福彩公益帮助贫困人士找回自信坚定前行的故事。
