一帮老友驾驶一艘豪华游艇出海为好友庆生，酒足饭饱之后，大家开始一个个跳入海中游泳。患有恐水症的艾米（苏珊·梅·普拉特 Susan May Pratt 饰）被抛入海水之后引起一阵恐怖，大家想赶紧把她送回船上，可是这才发现居然没人记得放下梯子。船身太高，一伙人想尽办法都不能爬上船去。此时，留在船上的只有一个婴儿，蓝天碧海对于悬浮于海面的六个老友来说变成了绝境，死亡的阴影在满是恐慌的人们之间迅速蔓延。看着好友一个个死去，一息尚存的人们仍然在寻找着最后的生机。暮色将至，一场暴风雨即将来临，是否有人能够穿越死亡的阴霾爬上游艇，生与死的较量在茫茫海面悲情上演。

　　萝赛李奥（埃默罗德·图比亚 饰）是一名成功的华尔街股票经纪人。某天，萝赛李奥接到祖母意外过世的消息，于是前往祖母居住的公寓查看状况。因为暴风雪的关系，萝赛李奥被迫与祖母的遗体共度一夜。这时，一股邪恶力量占据了祖母的遗体，萝赛李奥成为家族世代流传诅咒的目标……。

　　由布莱恩·德·帕尔马（Brian De Palma）指导， 保罗·施拉德（Paul Schrader）编剧的《迷情记》（Obsession / 1976）是一部文艺气息相当浓厚的悬疑片。帕尔马导演一反常态，并没有在影片中过分卖弄血腥暴力，而是以细腻的手法把一个奇异的故事拍得如梦如幻，韵味十足。
　　本片的摄影保持了帕尔马导演一如既往的高水准。而本片的配乐则是由著名大师伯纳德·赫尔曼（Bernard Herrmann）创作而成，他的音符亦是为影片迷离而神秘的气质加分不少。
　　包括导演及编剧在内的主创们都坦率承认，《迷情记》是受到了传奇导演阿尔弗雷德·希区柯克（Alfred Hitchcock）的《迷魂记》（Vertigo / 1958）的影响而摄制上映的影片，是一部带有致敬色彩的门徒式电影。

　　克林特·伊斯特伍德饰演一名神秘客，从热浪逼人的沙漠来到罪恶满城的拉高镇，并被邀请出手阻止三个刚出狱的枪手继续犯案。

SHAUNA, the abrasive Irish cook, and her cohort in crime BENOIT, the bone-idle English caretaker, along with the enigmatic PRIEST and the benevolent SHOPKEEPER, round out this unusual and extremely colorful cast of characters. Jake assigns the position of assistant recreational coordinator to Amy, and as she reads from an obscure storybook, the tale of Gregoire and his righteous band of Templar Knights animates, and the story of betrayal is reenacted for the guests. Blood will flow excessively as the cursed and unsuspecting kindred spirits meet their imminent destinies one-by-one during the Crusader's maniacal reprisal.

　　本音乐短片改编自史蒂芬·金（Stephen King）的原创故事，导演是特效大师斯坦·温斯顿（Stan Winston）。故事开头，胖镇长（迈克尔·杰克逊 Michael Jackson 饰）带着一群家长和孩子来到镇上的一座古堡中，目的是为了赶走古堡的怪主人（迈克尔·杰 克逊 Michael Jackson 饰）。面对镇长的咄咄相逼，古堡主人提议谁先让对方害怕谁就离开，于是古堡主人带领一群鬼怪开始了奇异的恐怖的表演。表演过程由《Too bad》《Is it scary》《Ghosts》三首歌曲串联而成，最后古堡主人成功吓跑了镇长，并得到了居民的喜爱。
　　这是迈克尔·杰克逊1997年拍摄的一部吉尼斯世界纪录记录最长的音乐录音带，在此片中MJ分饰了无名角色，包括经过了特效化妆后的胖镇长。
