浩泰和东熙从小像兄弟一样一起长大。几年前搬到首尔的浩泰在父亲葬礼后重新回到了江陵。另一边，东熙因为出柜被赶出家门，独自生活在浩泰家的空房子里。时隔许久重逢的两人，开始了同一个屋檐下的生活。东熙再次看到既像亲兄弟又是自己初恋的浩泰时，虽然想控制住自己激动的心情，但并不容易。浩泰也对好久不见的东熙产生了至今为止从未有过的情感，为了从对东熙的混乱感情中逃脱，浩泰开始随便交女朋友。看着这样的浩泰，东熙感到很受伤，而两人岌岌可危的关系也因为一次意想不到的事件为契机开始慢慢发生变化… 这部为《非故意恋爱故事》的衍生电影

　　智淑和两位好友相约前往江原道的雪原山游玩，她们在山上结识了当地的警察，警察带着三个女孩游览，晚上四人坐在一起吃饭。但和谐的气氛很快被打破，智淑和两个朋友争吵起来，晚宴不欢而散。次日，三个女孩和好如初，一同返回汉城，而智淑始终和警察保持联系，更只身前往与他相会；拥有美满家庭的盛元正为自己的职称问题四处奔忙。适逢暑假，好友在完约他一同前往雪原山散心。他们漫无目的游荡，讨论当下的生活。回到汉城后，盛元的教授评定有了着落，他开始想起疏忽许久的情人……

　　长女静熙根据父亲南博士去世前留下的遗嘱，将嫁给画家东秀。曾有恩于南博士的年轻医生顺哲帮助静熙度过难关，又为她找到方社长推荐工作。顺哲爱着静熙，却因南博士的遗嘱不敢表白。同时，静熙妹妹明熙与东秀相恋，为了成全妹妹的幸福，静熙接受方社长的求婚......

　　11岁的哥哥灿伊（俞承浩 饰）居然像个大人一样，无微不至的照顾着妹妹小伊（金香奇 饰）。兄妹俩人一直都相信，只要他们乖乖听话，总有一天，离家出走的妈妈会回到他们身边。
　　小伊生日到了，为了满足她的心愿，哥哥送了一只刚刚出生小狗送给她，小伊认为这是妈妈送给她的礼物，所以取名为“心意”。有了“心意”的陪伴，灿伊不在家的时候，小伊有了玩伴。三个小家伙像一家人一样，快乐的生活着。转眼“心意”长大了，在一个阳光灿烂的冬日，“心意”拉着冰车，带着小伊在结冰的江上快乐的玩耍，不料发生意外，小伊掉进冰窟窿里面……
　　灿伊把小伊意外的过错归咎在“心意”的身上，没有妈妈，没有小伊妹妹的灿伊，也不能接受“心意”再呆在自己身边，于是灿伊离家出去，开始了新的生活，而“心意”尾随其后，也开始了一段追觅之旅……

　　Choi So-young (Choi Eun-hee), a poor female law student is in trouble because her grandmother, who had been sending her tuition money, passes away. With the help of her friend Hee-suk, (Kim Suk-il) who dreams of becoming a writer, So-young fools Choi Rim (Kim Seung-ho), a lawmaker, into believing she is his daughter and moves in his house. She studies hard and becomes a lawyer. At her first trial, she defends a female inmate (Hwang Jeong-sun). Coincidentally, the story of the inmate is very much similar to hers. So-young defends her, saying how difficult it is for a woman to survive in a cold capitalism, arguing for her rights in tears. After she wins the case, she goes home and confesses her crime to Choi Rim's wife (Yu Gye-seon).

　　燕山君即位為帝，一心要追封被先王廢黜賜死的母后尹妃，但受百官阻撓而作罷。無法恢復尹妃的身份，讓燕山君感到日夜被母親的冤魂纏繞，因而變得異常暴躁，荒廢政事。
　　申相玉對於《燕山君》被西方評為「韓國的《哈姆雷特》」，顯得不以為然，而且對於當年為了趕及新年檔期上映，只能用兩個月倉促拍竣一部歷史鉅片，極為不滿。連同翌年的續集《燕山暴君》(1962)，他曾揚言希望把兩部影片的菲林底片都燒毀。儘管如此，《燕山君》在當年還是叫好叫座，獲頒第一屆大鐘獎(1962)的最佳電影。

　　Pansori（朝鲜清唱）西便制歌者俞本（金明坤 饰）带着养女松华（Oh Jung-hae 吴贞海 饰）流浪荒野山村，与一寡母坠入爱河。为避他人口舌，俞本带着爱人、松华以及爱人的儿子东浩（Kim Kyu-chul 金古初 饰）远走他乡。
　　颠沛流离的生活让寡母过早离开人世，俞本则将一腔心血投在一双儿女身上，立志将他们培养成出色的清唱歌手。受外来文化冲击，清唱这门艺术逐渐被世人所轻视。东浩无法忍受穷苦漂泊的生活，某日不辞而别。俞本则将养女的双眼毒瞎，渴望她专心技艺。
　　多年后俞本去世，松华漂泊他乡，东浩则遵循姐姐的足迹，寻找生命中业已失去的快乐与幸福……

　　20岁的车尚银（姜惠贞 饰）善良美丽，在折纸方面很有天赋，与妈妈（裴宗玉 饰）过着幸福的生活。尚银虽然看起来是个20岁的少女，可她只有7岁的智商。因为妈妈的爱，让尚银不觉得自己的生活欠缺什么，她喜欢利用童话故事中的主角自娱自乐。
　　可是中范（郑京浩 饰）的出现让尚银心里莫名有了种奇妙的感觉，因为她把出众的中范当作了白马王子。数次约会后，中范便得知了尚银的病情后渐渐远离了。倍受打击的尚银也不肯将实情告诉一直最信任的妈妈……

　　会计事务所的职员宋哲浩的工资还不足支付交通费，过着悲惨无比的生活。极度贫穷的生活迫使他的妹妹成了以美军为服务对象的妓女。影片通过从朝鲜到韩国的宋哲浩一家的生活，极为生动地描绘了50年代韩国社会的贫困和黑暗，反映了五十年代的韩国在美军管制下的社会生活。这部电影由于思想过于阴暗以及与敌对国朝鲜有关联曾被禁映，多年后才重见天日。

　　2007年躁動不安的暑假，熱愛游泳的13歲女孩隨母親搬到鄉下外婆家，在游泳館邂逅了小她一歲、擁有過人天賦的謎漾男孩。女孩活躍直率，男孩內斂溫吞，男孩在一場海邊的溺水意外救了女孩，也就此寫下兩人的難解緣分。她追著他打鬧嬉戲，他和她分享專屬秘密，直到高中升學之際，少年為了追逐游泳夢離開小鎮，因此失聯。2014年他們重逢之際，一個迷失於游泳訓練，一個深困於自卑心結，相望相知的彼此，能否再續前緣？

　　"Falsely accused as the murderer of my own husband... Oh, the cruel machinations of fate!" A female teacher (Lee Yong-ae) gives shelter to an escaped convict, but her husband, misconstruing her intentions, reacts violently and accidentally stabs himself to death in the process. The teacher is charged with her husband's murder, but fortunately the prosecutor on the case is a former student of hers, of whom she had taken painstaking care when she was working at an elementary school. Remembering her kindness to him, the prosecutor uncovers her innocence in court, and she is acquitted of the crime.

　　"A silent movie that allows us to examine the narrator-accompanied method of 16mm films" (Chung Jong-wha)
　　A Public Prosecutor and a Teacher is familiar to us for the performance of Shin Chool, Korea's last silent movie narrator (known as "byeonsa"in Korean). Numerous critics have recommended the film, praising it as "a silent movie that allows us to examine the narrator-accompanied method of 16mm films" (Chung Jong-wha), "the work of Korea's last silent movie narrator" (Kim Hong-joon), a movie that "reflects the public's consciousness and has great historical value" (Lee Seung-hun), and "the archetypal new-school film" (Chung Sung-il). As evidenced by such commentary, A Public Prosecutor and a Teacherenjoys greater recognition for its historical value as the only surviving silent movie in Korea than for its artistic or technical aspects. What is ironic is the fact that this recognition derivesfrom a production and screening method that fell behind the times, as sound films (or "talkies") had already become the norm when the movie was first made. Its inclusion in the list is therefore based on its historical, social context rather than on the film itself.

　　水原小学四年级学生禹荣达的父母出门经商半年没有来信，荣达靠祖母每天捡破烂挣来的钱勉强生活着。祖母生病，无法支付3个月学费的荣达没有去学校。他朋友的姐姐贵兰把米送到了荣达家，班主任田代老师也来家访，把学费交给了祖母。但是房东把那笔钱拿去顶了房租，所以荣达又不能去学校了。祖母问荣达， 能不能去平泽的姨妈家取学费。
　　早上荣达很早就乘牛车出发，在居酒屋取水，走了6里（约20公里）的路，平安到达了平泽的姨妈家。第二天，荣达拿到了学费和大米坐公共汽车回来，跟祖母打了招呼后，就跑到学校交学费。田代老师让荣达看了同学们为他攒钱的友情箱，说今后不要担心学费，要好好学习。荣达从学校回来的时候，收到了父亲的来信，信上说母亲生病了所以没能联系荣达，同时还寄来了一个装有钱、衣服和鞋子的包裹。农乐队过盂兰盆节期间，荣达的父母回到了故乡。

　　Synopsis
　　Do-seong (Yoo Min) is a child monk who lives at a small mountain temple with the head monk (Byeon Ki-jong), learning the teachings of Buddha. He becomes attached to a young widow (Choi Eun-hee) who comes to pray at the temple, and the childless widow entreats the head monk to let her raise Do-seong as her own son. Conflict ensues when Do-seong's real mother (Kim Seon-young) appears, but she leaves the temple for the sake of her son's future. On the day the widow is to take the child down from the mountain, the head monk discovers that Do-seong has killed a bird by ensnaringit in a trap and decides not to let the boy go into the secular world. When Do-seong finds out that his real mother has been to the temple, he sets out to find her.

A Hometown in Heart demonstrates the camera technique and directorial skill of movies that appeared after the liberation of Korea."
　　A Hometown in Heart, adapted from playwright Ham Se-deok's A Little Monk (Dong-seung), was hailed upon its release as "a masterpiece that marked a new pinnacle in Korean moviemaking after the liberation." Eschewing new-school sentimentality to quietly express a boy's longing for maternal love, the film unfolds the everyday lives of three generationsthe head monk, a young monk, and a little child monkagainst the backdrop of a quiet temple in the mountains. The long shots utilized by director of cinematography Han Hyung-mo to capture the beautiful scenery of the mountain temple from a distance received great critical acclaim at the time. Also, each of the film's characters is convincingly portrayed through the skillful direction of Yoon Yong-kyu. In particular, the scene which expresses Do-seong's desperate yearning for a mother's love and his birth mother's past visit to the temple by combining them into a dream sequence reveals deep consideration for articulating story and emotion via a compressed visual grammar without tending toward sentimentalism. The movie's final scene, in which Do-seong awakens from his dream and sets off down the path in search of his mother, is both touching and beautiful. The film also features Choi Eun-hee, in the part of the young widow who warmly embraces Do-seong with her love, in one of her first roles.
